A primary reason that West Grey Premium Beef is growing into a stable and viable operation, is the quality of our workforce. Because of our employees' hard work, flexibility and dedication we were able to overcome a lot of the growing pains that most new businesses encounter.

Every individual employee plays a key role in the quality and consistency of our product. They have made our HACCP Certification viable by adhering to every rule and regulation that was put into place.

The rapid growth of the company creates opportunities for advancement. As our staff has grown so has the need for more supervisory and quality control positions. These positions have and will be filled by promoting from within.
