West Grey Premium Beef makes it easy for local Grocery Stores, Butcher Shops, Banquet halls, and restaurants to serve a “Premium” Ontario Beef product to your customers. With our infrastructure of Food Service Distributors, as well as our own truck fleet, we serve customers anywhere in Ontario.

Only the highest quality beef qualifies for the Ontario's Pride Program. To be selected for this program all beef must meet the following stringent standards.

  • Full traceability - all beef is raised on the owners farms to ensure consistency.
  • Our Ontario's Pride Premium Corn Fed Beef is all fed a high corn diet for 120 days. This allows a consistent taste, size, quality and tenderness in all our premium line.
  • All beef is AA - AAA West Grey Premium Beef Certified by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency.
  • HACCP Certified - the highest food safety standard in Canada.

INFORMATION FOR RESTAURANTS

All of our beef is cut into sub primal cuts, and vacuumed sealed in cryovac bags.

For restaurants we also offer a portioning program, as well as our own beef hotdogs, sausage and hamburgers (Big Bruce Burger).
